Strategy Session Agreement
This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth terms under which Lisa Seery on behalf of Goldmnd Media LLC (“Company”) shall provide financial coaching (also referred to as money coaching) services to the Client. This Agreement is effective on date of payment. The purpose of the contract is to specify the agreement between parties as to the services provided as well as the action(s) to be performed by Client(s). Services expressed or implied are stated in the coaching agreement. Any services not specified in writing within the coaching agreement shall not be expected by either the service provider or the Client (the parties). The basic payment for services information is stated below and will include any discounts, if applicable. The client and the provider shall each retain a copy of this contract for their files.
- Scope of Services. The Company is to provide the Client(s) with the following services (the “Services”):
- (1) 90 Minute Strategy Session including but not limited to:
- Review of Clients’ current personal finances
- Strategy for optimization of Clients’ personal finances based on Clients’ needs and goals
- Purpose of Financial Coaching Services. The purpose of financial coaching services is to provide the Client(s) with information based on their defined short-term and long-term goals and the education and years of experience of the Company in various aspects, including economics, budgeting, planning, investment education, and cost-benefit analysis. This service includes, but is not limited to, brainstorming techniques, identifying action plans, educating the client, as well as asking and answering questions.
Please note, the Client(s) will be asked to share financial goals and both the Company and the Client(s), will work toward those stated goals. Therefore, it is highly recommended, given the stated purpose of financial coaching, that married clients have their spouse commit to, and partake in, the financial coaching sessions. When attempting to improve a financial situation, it is crucially important that both spouses agree to take the necessary steps to attain their improved financial goals, as stated.
- Compensation; Payment. The Client(s) shall provide compensation to the Company at a rate of $1500 for the Services render. Payment for the Services is due immediately. There are no refunds.
- Indemnification of Liability. The Company will work with the Client(s) diligently to understand and evaluate the current budget, goals, and resources of the Client(s) and offer specific courses of action that the Client(s) should consider taking. That said, the financial coaching is designed to give the Client(s) accurate and authoritative information regarding the subject matter covered. It is provided with the understanding that the Company is not engaged to render legal, accounting, investing, or other licensed professional advice.
The methods employed by Company do not guarantee results and no money back guarantee is offered. The methods employed are guidelines that the Client(s) must follow through on for the Client(s) to begin realizing any type of change. The Client(s) agree(s), therefore, to hold the Company free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions resulting from advice given during the coaching sessions.
- Confidentiality Statement. Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between the Company and the Client(s) is and will remain privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical, or criminal activities.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all other agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.
